Markets generally move clockwise around the clock, with markets on the left side of the clock generally landlord-favorable and markets on the right side of the clock generally tenant-favorable. Very few markets globally have migrated to the left side of the clock, however a few select markets across the Americas remained on the left side of the clock at the end of the first quarter of 2010.
